1/2 cup ragu homemade style pizza sauce1/4 cup shredded Italian blend cheese2 tablespoons mined pepperoni or mini pepperonis4 large flour tortillas
1. Combine first four ingredients.
2. Divide and evenly spread pizza filling on two of the tortillas, 1/2 inch from the edge.
3. Heat one at a time on preheated quesadilla maker. Cook for 4 minutes. (Can be cooked on top of stove, or in oven on 350 until heated through).
Serving Size: makes 2 quesadillas
