No bake protein cookies

Ingredients
2 scoops chocolate protein powder2 tbsp PB21 cup rolled oats1 tsp vanilla2 tbsp honey or agave 4 oz skim milk or unsweetened almond milkMix PB2 with approximately 2 tablespoons water to form a pancake batter consistency. Add vanilla to pb2. Then add the protein powder, milk and honey, Mix well. Add rolled oats. Batter should be stiff enough to scoop out with a 1 1/2 " cookie scoop and stay together in a ball. Drop cookies onto wax paper lined tray, smash down slightly and refrigerate 1 hour.

Serving Size: makes 16 1 1/2 "balls.
