SalMex Guacamole

Ingredients
4 Ripe but firm Hass Avocados, halved, pits removed and scooped out from skin into a bowl where you mash coarsely with the back of a fork. 1 Lemon cut in half and squeezed into the avocado, then mash it in.1 clove of crushed garlic and 1 teaspoon of Adobo Seasoning ( you can substitute garlic salt)4 tablespoons of sour cream stirred into the bowl.
