Crock Pot Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
12 large cabbage leaves1 egg, beaten1/4 cup tomato sauce1/4 cup finely chopped onion1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1lb lean ground turkey1 cup cooked brown rice1 cup tomato sauce1 tbsp brown sugar1 tbsp lemon juice1 tsp worcestershire sauce
Directions
Immerse cabbage leaves in large pot of boiling water for about 3 minutes or until limp; drain. Combine egg, 1/4 cup of tomato sauce, onion, salt, pepper, raw turkey, and cooked rice in a medium bowl. Place 1/4 cup of mixture into center of each cabbage leaf; fold in sides and roll ends over meat. Place into slow cooker. Combine 1 cup tomato sauce with brown sugar, lemon juice, and worcestershire sauce. Pour over cabbage rolls. Cook on low 7-9 hours.
