Peach Flax Oatmeal

1/2 cup McCann's Irish Oatmeal1 cup water1/4 cup (3 peach slices and some juice) from Dole Harvest Best Sliced Peaches2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Ground Flax Meal2 tsp ground cinnamon1/8 cup Silk Light Vanilla Soy milk
1. Bring 1 cup water to a boil over medium heat. Once it comes to a boil add Irish Oatmeal and stir until desired consistency.
2. Remove from heat and stir in a little soy milk. Cover and let sit for a minute.
3. Uncover and mix in ground flax seed, cinnamon and peaches.
Serving Size: 1 bowl
