Cuban Style Pork Roast

Ingredients
1 Boneless Pork Tenderloin roast 1 Onion3 Garlic cloves2 Limes1 LemonCilantroMrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning
Directions
Juice one lime and the lemon into 2 cups of water and pour into the bottom of a crock pot. Slice onion into rings and add that to crock pot. Peel and smash garlic cloves and add that to the crock pot. Chop cilantro and add that to the crock pot. Squeeze half the lime juice onto both sides of the tenderloin and rub with the lime. Season both sides of the tenderloin with Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning. Place tenderloin in crock pot on top of other ingredients. Slice 3 slices off the other half of the lime and place on top of tenderloin. Juice the remaining portion of the lime half over the tenderloin. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until cooked through. Serve as a main course or use as the pork on a Cuban sandwich.
