Ingredients
2 teaspoon olive oil1 small onion2 TBS minced fresh ginger root4 cups thinley sliced red cabbage2/3 cups chicken broth
Directions
in medium saucepan saute oil, onion, and ginger untiol fragrent ( about 1 minute. add cabbage and broth. Simmer for 20 minutes or untill cabbage is tender.
Serve at once or the color changes to a grimmace purple.
