Kristin's Pumpkin Pie Frozen Treats

Ingredients
1 can (about 15oz) canned pureed pumpkin 12oz tub lite whipped topping or fat-free Cool Whip1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp ground gingerDash of ground cloves1 box Jell-O sugar Free instant pudding, cheesecake flavor24 full sheets of cinnamon or plain graham crackers
Directions
Fold in spices and cheesecake pudding mix. Once combined, carefully fold whipped topping into pumpkin puree, being sure to maintain its fluffiness.

Break graham cracker sheets into half to make 48 squares.

On half the squares, place about 1/2 cup of the pumpkin mixture.
Top with remaining cracker squares to make sandwiches.
Place on cookie sheet lined with waxed paper and freeze. Once frozen, remove and wrap with plastic wrap and store in freezer bag. Keep frozen.

Serving size is one sandwich.
