Baked Cheesy Meatballs

Ingredients
1kg ground beef1 large egg1 packed cup of Kraft reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar cheeseDried onion flakesGarlic powderSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with your hands.
2. Roll into table-spoon sized balls, weighing approximately 25g each when raw.
3. Place on a cookie sheet.
4. Bake at 220 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes until cooked through. Then turn grill to hot and grill for 5 minutes until brown.

Serving Size: Makes 50 X 25g mini-meatballs.
