1 Cup Oat Bran2 Scoops Giant Sports Vanilla Protein2 TBSP Ground Light Brown Flax Meal2 TBSP Coconut FlourAlmond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla, 8 oz 2 Large Eggs2 Bananas Mashed 1.5 tsp Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp 1 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp 1/4 tsp Salt2 tsp Ground Cinnamon 10 Pecan Halves, Chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a bread pan, or two mini loaf pans. Mix dry ingredients first. Mix wet ingredients and add to dry. Coconut flour requires a lot of liquid, so if batter is too dry add more almond milk, or some water. Once mixed stir in pecans, or other items such as raisins, coconut, chocolate chips, etc if desired.
