Ingredients
2 cups Primo Mixed Beans .5 lb Ground Beef (extra lean) .5 lb Ground Chicken Breast 1 cup chopped Carrots 1 cup chopped Celery 1 cup chopped onion .5 cup Tomato juice, with salt added 1 cup Water 1 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce 1 Sachet / 4.5g Boullion OXO Beef 1.5 tsp Salt .5 tsp Basil 1 tsp Oregano .5 tsp cayenne Pepper .5 cup Mushrooms, canned
Directions
Brown ground meat in saucepan. Put browned meat into slow cooker, add remaining ingredients, mix together and cook on High temperature setting for 4 hours (or on Low for 8 hours).
