Ingredients:Tofu, firm, 1 block (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Olive Oil, 3 1tsp (remove)Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 1 cup (remove)Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)*Red Bell Pepper (Peppers, sweet, red, raw) (USDA) (1 large, 164g), 1 serving (remove)Spinach, fresh, 3 cup (remove)*Garam Masala, 1 tbsp (remove)
Sautee onions, ginger and green peppers in oil. Add crumbled tofu and sautee for a minute. Add mushroom, bell pepper and spinach and sautee for 5 minutes.
