Chicken Chili

Ingredients
3-4 Chicken Breasts, boneless, skinless2 cups Salsa (takes care of spice so no chili powder)1 can Tomato Sauce2 cans Stewed TomatoesRed Kidney Beans (optional)
Directions
Put chicken on bottom of crock pot
Pour Salsa on top
Add Tomato Sauce & Stewed Tomatoes

Cook 4 hrs on High / 8 hrs on Low

Remove Chicken, shred and return to pot

Toppings: Cheese, tortilla chips, etc

Serving Size: Makes 8 1-cup servings
