Ingredients
1 cup fresh spinach1 oz diced roma tomato5 slices cucumber1/4 cup diced, unpeeled, golden delicious apple2 tsp crispy fried shallot1 Tbsp red wine & olive oil vinegarette( 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar, 1/2 tsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp dried thyme )
Directions
only cooking done is the deep fried shallots, lightly covered in flour, just fried until golden brown
