Ingredients
kale, raw, 6 cup -chopped Bulgur, dry, 1 cup (soak in 1cup water for 30min) *Corn, Frozen Cut White, Trader Joe's, 1.5 cup Beans, black, 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 20 serving (sliced in half) Garlic, 2 clove (chopped) Jalapeno Peppers, .5 pepper (chopped) Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds (cubed) *Lemon Juice, 4 fl oz Olive Oil, 4 tbsp Salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Mix all in bowl.
