1 head of cauliflower4 tbsp of bacon bits3 tbsp Brummel & Brown 4 tbsp Daisy light sour cream1/2 cup shredded chedder cheese
Directions
steam cauliflower for 20 minutes

mash in medium bowl and mix in remaining ingredients
