1/2 c Yogurt1 tsp oil1 tsp honey2 tbsp almond1 tbsp chia seed1-2 tbsp orange juice
Directions
Measure out yogurt.
Add oil and mix well.
Add orange juice and mix well.
Add honey and mix well.
Add the dry ingredients, mix and enjoy.
