Ingredients
4 mashed, ripe bananas2 c. oatmeal1 egg (can substitute 1/4 c. applesauce)1 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. chocolate chips(Can add any choice: nuts, raisins, etc)
Directions
Mash bananas. Stir in oatmeal, egg, vanilla, cinnamon and whatever add-ins you desire. Let batter sit for 20 min. Drop spoonfuls on to a cookie sheet and bake 15-18 minutes. Do not underbake. Cookies will be slightly chewy, even when done.
