Ingredients
-1/4Th to 1/3rd medium bell pepper chopped(calculated for a third)-1/4th to 1/3rd medium yellow onion, chopped-1 can black beans drained and rinsed-1/4Th cup egg beaters.Nonstick spray*Feel free to Add whatever spices, i like salt, garlic poider, and chili powder.
Directions
Flatten the balls in the pan coated with nonstick spray andcook until it looks burnt.

Serving Size: divide in 5 equal balls
