Ingredients
Large onionGarlic cloves x 2Fry lightTin of chopped tomatoesCayenne pepper - 1 tspCurry powder - 1 tbspCumin seeds - 1 tspCoriander ground -1 tspCarrotPotatoRed pepper x 2Water
Directions
Fry onion and garlic in fry light
Add spices, mix with onion & garlic and cook for a few minutes.
Add all other ingredients and simmer for 40 mins - use water to keep consistency not too wet or dry
