Ingredients
Scallions, 46 gTomato, 240 gLamb cubes, 321 gImagine Organic Free Range Chicken Broth, 60 ml/ 1/4 cExtra Virgin Olive oil, 45 ml
Directions
Saute scallions on 3 T olive oil until glassy, add lamb, cook until brown. Add tomato and cook down the liquid from juice and chicken broth.
