Crepe - French Style (1 crepe), 8 servingTurkey breast, sliced, oven roasted, luncheon meat, 100 grams Yogurt ~ Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt * Plain*, 5.3 ozTomatoes, Fresh, 1/2 TomatoRed Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 0.25 cup Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp or 1 packet *Kosher Salt, .5 tspPepper, black, 1 dash*Paparika, 0.25 tsp*Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, .5 cup
Sprinkle each crepe with 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese; top each with 2 turkey slices.
In small bowl, combine onion, salt, pepper, sour cream and mustard; mix well. Spread about 1 tablespoon of the sour cream mixture over ham. Roll up and arrange in 13x9-inch baking pan. sprinkle over crepes and cover pan loosely with foil. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350° or until cheese is melted.
Serving Size: Makes 8 crepes.
