Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Flour1 cup Quaker Oats1/4 cup Brown Sugar2 tsp. Baking Powder1 tsp. Baking Soda1/2 tsp. Salt1 medium Egg3/4 cup Soy Milk1/4 cup Soyabean Oil1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract3 ripe Bananas
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients.
Beat egg and stir in milk, oil and vanilla.
Add mashed ripe bananas and dry ingredients.
