Spanish Beef Rice

1 lb extra lean ground beef1 tbsp olive oil1/2 cup onion, chopped3 stalks celery, chopped1 clove garlic, chopped1 tbsp cumin1 cup long grain white rice2 small cans tomato sauce (about 16 oz total)about 1 cup water
In a large skillet, brown ground beef with olive oil, onion, celery, and garlic. Once beef is browned and celery and onion are slightly tender, add the rice. Lightly toast the rice. Then add cumin powder, tomato sauce, and water. Cook, stirring frequently, until the rice is tender and the liquids are all absorbed. You may need to add a bit more water, if all liquids are absorbed and the rice is not yet tender.
