Crockpot Orange Thyme Chicken

1 lb boneless skinless Chicken Breast6 oz thawed Trader Joes Oranic orange juice concentrate.5 tsp Thymedash Nutmeg, grounddash Garlic powder1/4 cup Water2 Tbsp Cornstarch
combine OJ with thyme, nutmeg, and garlic powder. Dip each piece of chicken into mixture to coat completely.
put chicken pieces at bottom of crockpot. Cover with OJ mixture, cook on low 6-7 hours, high 4 hours.
When chicken done, remove and keep warm. Pour sauce that remains into saucepan. Mix cornstarch and water well, and stir into juice in the pan. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly. Serve sauce over chicken.
