Chocolate Banana & Peanut Butter Mini Loafs

112g plain white flour64g cocoa powder2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda100g unsalted butter100g organic coconut palm sugar100g Whole Earth Original Crunchy Peanut Butter (NO added sugar)2 large free range eggs320g banana peeled and mashed
Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and soda together in a bowl.
In a separate bowl mix melted butter, peanut butter and sugar together. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add mashed banana. Gently beat in the flour mix until all incorporated together.
Spoon into sparsely buttered 8 segment mini loaf tin and bake in preheated conventional oven at 170 degrees C for approx 25 minutes, or until a skewer come out clean.
