Fried Brown Rice

1 lb ground turkey, browned1 cup brown rice, cooked according to package1 cup California Medley1 cup cabbage, (mine was boiled)
Thaw any frozen veggies being used. Brown the ground turkey using cooking spray in the pan. Cook the rice according to package directions. Use a skillet big enough to hold everything and brown vegetables before adding rest of ingredients. If desired, use Low-sodium Soy sauce to season further.
