Healthier Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
1-3/4 cup unbleached flour1/2 cup whole wheata flour1/2 cup soy flour1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda1/2 cup butter, softened1/2 cup canola oil1/2 cup sugar3/8 cup honey1 egg1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Cream butter, oil, sugar and honey. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually blend in dry ingredients. Place small ice cream scoops on ungreased baking sheets and bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand on cookie sheet for 2 minutes before removing to cool on wire rack.
