Jalapeno Cheese Fudge

Ingredients
2 cups 2% Cheese - can be Cheddar, Cheddar & Monterey Jack blend, or Four Cheese Mexican Blend2 eggs1/2 cup diced jalapeno peppers
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.
Spray 8x8 glass cassarole dish with nonstick spray.
Pour cheese mix into dish, spread evenly, and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Cut into 16 bite size pieces after it cools.
