Chicken Thigh Onion Wine

Ingredients
1 lb chicken thighs2 garlic cloves finely chopped1 tsp kosher salt1/2 tsp black pepper1 sweet onion thinly sliced1 cup white wine1 bay leaf1 cinnamon stick2 tbsp unsalted butter1 tbsp honey
Directions
in bowl toss chicken with garlic, salt and pepper
2. Simmer in saucepan wine, onion, bay leaf and cinnamon stick w pinch of salt until most of the liquid has evaporated, 15 to 20 minutes. Toss in honey and butter
3. Spoon mixture over chicken and toss well. Place on baking sheet and cook until chicken is no longer pink & onions are meltingly tender and caramelized, about 25 minutes.
