Turkey Kale Spinach "Meat(less)balls"

1 package Jennie-O ground turkey breast1 egg2 cups spinach2 cups kale1/2 white onion1 green onion (including white part)3 cloves garlic2 -3 TBSP. freshly grated parmesan cheese3/4 cup almond coconut milk (blend)1 bunch (stick) rosemaryDash onion powder
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Put all ingredients in food processor and place on low speed until thoroughly combined.
- Form into 1-1.5" balls and place on cookie sheet.
- Bake 18-20 mins.
- Let cool and enjoy!
- Once cooled, store in air tight ziplock for up to a week.
Serving Size: Makes 30-40 meatballs / 4-5 per service
