Beef and Brocolli (4=1 1/2 cups ea)

Ingredients
1 pound beef top round steak1 tbsp vegetable oil1 can Tomato Soup (10.75 oz)3 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp vinegar1 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp crushed red peppers3 tsp minced dried onions1 tsp beef bullion1/2 cup water3 cups brocolli florets, fresh or frozen4 cups cooked rice
Directions
Slice beef into thin strips. Heat oil in skillet.. Add beef and stir fry until browned and juices evaporate. Add all other ingredients, except the brocolli and rice. Heat to a boil. Add brocolli and simmer for 15 minutes or until brocolli is tender/crisp. Serve over the rice.
