Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients
3 cloves garlic, minced1/2 can (2oz) anchovies, drained3/4 C light mayonnaise2 T grated parmesan cheese1 t Worchestershire sauce1 t Dijon mustard1 T fresh lemon juice3-4 T skim milk (more if necessary to thin)
Directions
Add all ingredients to food processor. Blend throughly, scraping bowl. Add more milk if necessary to thin.

Serving Size: Makes about 1 cup dressing
