8 Extra Large White Eggs1.5 cups Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded1 box Corn Bread (Jiffy)1.5 cup Milk, 2%, 1 box Spinach, frozen1 tsp Garlic powder1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black12 slices *ham, Oscar Mayer Black Forest, diced
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. 1/3 cup of mixture fills muffin tins.
