Spicy Whole Roasted Cauliflower

Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, medium (5-6" dia)Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat, 1.5 cupFruit: Lime (juice, fresh (1)), 1 servingFruit - Lime Zest, 3 gramChile Powder, 2 tbspCumin seed, 1 tbsp.Garlic powder, 1 tbspCurry powder, 1 tspSalt, 2 tspPepper, black, 1 tsp
-Preheat oven to 400.
-Lightly grease a small baking sheet with olive oil.
-Trim the base of the cauliflower.
-Combine all remaining ingredients in a med. bowl.
-Dunk the cauliflower in the bowl and smear the marinade evenly over its surface.
-Roast until dry and lightly browned, about 30-40 minutes. (The marinade will make a crust on the surface of the cauliflower.)
-Let cool for 10 minutes.
-Cut into 6 wedges (for main course) or 8 wedges (for side dish)
