Indian Baken Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb small red potatoes, quartered4 Med carrots, cut into 1" pieces1 onion, cut into 1 " pieces6 Bonless, Skinless, Chicken Thighs1 can (14 oz) chicken broth1 (6oz) can tomato sauce2 Tbsp olive oil1 Tbsp turmeric1 tsp chili powder1 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Place potatoes, carrots and onion in greased 13 x 9" baking dish: add chicken. In a small bowl combine the remaining ingrediets and pour over top.
Cover and bake at 400deg for 1 hour.
