These are great take-along snacks! Actually, the dough is better than the finished product! I could just sit and eat the whole batch of dough...which isn't good. - 5/3/08

Tasty, even my family loves them, and they don't like "healthy" food!

I added two slightly overripe bananas to the mix, the batter was much creamier. The cookies were very soft and less crumbly than original recipe. Yum! - 8/2/10

Is it possible to use oats instead of flax? While I know flax and nuts are chock full of super-hero fats, I'd like something a little grainy-er. - 7/13/10

I would probably use a little more peanut butter next time, but otherwise this is a good recipe. - 8/6/10

I thought the flax seed had a very strong smell and taste... made these inedible to me... - 2/21/12

To add a diferent flavor to the cookie, try almond butter instead of peanut butter. I think you'll love the taste not to mention the added nutritional value. - 7/30/11
