Sandy's Winter Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 Onion Chopped2 Garlic cloves, minced2 Carrots, Chopped3 cups Cauliflower Chopped3 cups Broccoli Chopped1 T Olive OilTomato Juice, 46 oz canKidney Beans, 16 oz canBasil, 1 tSage, 1 tLemon Juice, 1 TNoodles, 1 Cup, crushed
Directions
Heat oil, add Onion, Garlic, Carrots, Cauliflower, Broccoli and Saute.
Add tomato Juice, beans, herbs, lemon juice.
Simmer Approximately 30 minutes.
Add handful of broken noodles, cook 15 minutes.
Add water if too thick.
