Citrus Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 lemon1/2 orange1/2 grapefruit150g greek yogurt1/2C icecubes1T honey2T chopped fresh mint
Directions
1. Cut the citrus fruit in half and cut off the rind. Chop into cubes and put in blender (removing the seeds helps)
2. Chop up about a Tbs of the left over rind and put that in the blender with the honey, mint, yogurt and ice cubes.
3. Blend until smooth
4. Serve in a glass and enjoy
