Gluten Free Meatloaf

Ingredients
3 Eggs1 Cup Milk1/2 Cup Onion1/2 Cup Green Pepper3 Slices Rudi's Gluten Free Multigrain Bread1/2 lb Ground Turkey1/2 lb Ground Pork3/4 lb Ground Beef1 cup Ketchup1/2 Cup Brown Sugar2 Cloves GarlicGround SageGround MustardSalt Pepper
Directions
Mix Milk, Eggs and Spices together. Over toast the bread so its nice and dark, break into pieces and place into the egg mixture. Let soak for 5 minutes add onions, green peppers, minced garlic and mix. Add in all 3 types of meat and mix until incorporated. Press into a 5x9 glass pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. While cooking mix ketchup, ground mustard brown sugar together. Let sit. After meatloaf has cooked for 30 minutes pour ketchup mixture and cook for 30 additional minutes.
