1 c dry red lentils2 tbsp ketchup1 tbsp yellow mustard1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce1 tbsp chili powder2 tsp lime juice1 1/2 tsp cumin1/2 tsp paprika1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp onion powder1/4 tsp dried oregano1/8 tsp cayenne
Directions
Cook lentils according to package instructions. Once finished, drain and add remaining ingredients; mix well. Serve as taco meat.
