Diced and Broiled Potatoes

Ingredients
1 Large Potato (per person) SaltPam - Canola Pan sprayCookie sheet
Directions
~ Put your oven on Low Broil
~ If you do not like potato skins then skin the potatoes now.
~ Slice the potatoes into thin slices, about as thick as your pinking (depending on how crispy you want them to be)
~ Place your slices on the cookie sheet.
~ Spray with Pam
~ Salt to preferance
~ Flip over and repeat process.
~ Place in oven on top shelf
~ Let bake about 5-8 minutes (until slightly golden)
~ Flip each slice over & put back in oven
~ Bake another 5-8 minutes or until they are browned to your taste.
~ For faster results broil on High.

~ Side Note ~ Goes well with Simple Italian Chicken.
