Psuedo-Stir Fry Casserole

ChickenCream of Mushroom Soup (Family Size)Canned Corn (1 can)Canned Peas (1 can)Bread Crumbs (1/4 cup)Brown Rice (4 cups)Soy Sauce (to taste)
Season and cook chicken in pan and chunk. While chicken cooks, prepared rice per package instructions. Add corn and peas to chicken after chicken is fully cooked. Add soy sauce, then cream of mushroom soup. Once rice is completed, pour rice into a casserole dish, pour chicken over the top, top with bread crumbs. Bake 15 minutes at 300 F. Serves 9.
