Samosa Filling (no meat or potato)

Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower, steamed & mashed1 large onion, minced1 jalapeno pepper, minced1 TBS. fresh grated ginger2 TBS. dried cilantro1 tsp. salt1 tsp. coriander seeds, crushed1 tsp. garam masala1 tsp. cumin seeds, crushed1/4 tsp. cayenne2 TBS. Lemon juice3 TBS. EVOO for sauteeing
Directions
Steasm cauliflower and mash. Put aside to cool.
Heat oil and sasutee onions and pepper.
When onions just start to burn, add the rest of the ingredients and the mashed cauliflower. Stir very well for 5 more minutes.
Let cool before making dumplings.

Serving Size: One tablespoon per dumpling wrapper.
