Sausage, Spinach and onion Egg Cups

Ingredients
12 large eggs10oz frozen spinach squeezed of water1/2 cup Kirkland Mexican blend cheese1/4 cup milk1 small onion
Directions
Cook the sausage in a skillet and drain on a paper towel. Spoon the sausage into the bottom of muffin cups that have been sprayed with cooking spray.

Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and spoon over the sausage. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes until set.
