Pasta with Two Cheese & Walnuts

12 ounces dried Peene2 cups fresh or frozen peas2/3 cup vegetarian cream cheese with garlic and herbs1 (6 ounce) package baby spinach leaves1 cup diced vegetarian blue cheese1 cup coarsely chopped walnutspepper
1: Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of lightly salted, boiling water according to the package directions, adding the peas for the final 2 minutes. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of the hot cooking liquid.
2: Return the pan to the heat. Add the reserved cooking liquid and teh cream cheese. Heat, stirring, until melted and smooth.
3: Remove from the heat, then add the spinach to the pan, followed by the pasta, peas, blue cheese and walnuts. Season with pepper and toss together, until the spinach has wilted and the cheese has started to melt.
Serve immediately.
