Simple bbq tofu

3 blocks firm tofu1/2 bottle low sodium & oil free bbq sauce like Stubbs original
1 Freeze drained tofu for 24 hours.
2 Thaw frozen tofu and press out excess water, cut tofu in 1/4" slices.
3 Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
4 Spray a 9"x13" casserole dish with non stick spray or lightly oil, add half bbq sauce in bottom of dish, layer in tofu then add rest of bbq sauce and cover evenly.
5 Bake 20 minutes flip tofu slice over and bake another 20 minutes
Serving Size: makes 12 1/4 in slices
