Dressing:1/2 cup canola oil1/4 cup sugar1/4 cup vinegar1 tsp poppy seeds1/2 cup dried minced onion1/2 tsp dried mustard Salad:10 cups fresh spinach, torn2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms1 cup shredded swish cheese16 oz lowfat cottage cheese, drained1 bag real bacon bits
Mix ingredients for dressing. Shake well and refrigerate over night. Make salad shortly before serving. Pour dressing over salad and mix well, or leave on the side to add as needed!
