Whole Wheat Flour, 2.25 cup Baking Soda, 1 tspCinnamon, ground, .50 tspNutmeg, ground, .5 tsp Brown Sugar - Light Brown, 60 tsp = 1.25 cups Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large Unsweetened Applesauce, 2.6 oz = 1/3 cupBanana, fresh, 4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (mashed) Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp Raisins, 1 cup (not packed) Chopped Walnut, 1 cup
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar. Stir in eggs, applesauce, bananas and vanilla extract. Fold in raisins and nuts if desired. Pour batter into prepared pan.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, until a toothpick or knife inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean
