black bean tacos

Ingredients
½ Cup Sour Cream 4oz can chiles 15 oz can black beans 15 oz can corn 1 tsp chili powder Shredded lettuce Shredded Cheddar10” tortillas
Directions
Combine sour cream and chilies and set aside
Drain and rinse black beans and put in a small sauce pan Add corn with liquid to black beans cook on medium/low heat for 8-10 mins drain liquid and stir in chili powder
Spoon bean/corn mixture on center of tortilla top with lettuce and cheese then sour cream and chiles

Serving Size: makes 8 tacos 2 tacos per serving
